At Mountain Intelligence, we offer convenient and flexible payment options to ensure a seamless booking experience. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfers: You can make payment through direct bank transfers. Our banking details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. Please ensure to include your booking reference number in the payment description.
- UPI Payments: We accept payments through UPI (Unified Payments Interface), a popular and secure payment method in India. You can transfer funds using UPI apps or platforms to our designated UPI ID.
- Google Pay: We facilitate payments through Google Pay, allowing you to make secure transactions using your Google Pay account. Simply follow the instructions provided to complete the payment.
- Cash Payments: In select cases, we also accept cash payments for bookings made in person or through our authorized representatives. Please note that cash payments may have specific terms and conditions based on the nature of the booking.
Kindly note that all payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. Any applicable transaction fees or currency conversion charges will be borne by the customer.
We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your payment information and employ industry-standard practices to protect your data during the payment process. PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Please note that prices mentioned in USD/EUR for international travelers are for initial reference only. The final payment amount must be made in Indian Rupees as per the total amount specified.
For international guests who are unable to make online transfers, the entire payment can be made in cash upon arrival in Leh. In such cases, no advance payment is required. However, copies of your confirmed flight tickets are necessary for confirmation (applicable only for superior and below-category packages).
When making international transfers, guests are responsible for any intermediary bank charges, SWIFT transfer fees, or convenience fees applicable at both ends.
